  • I felt like I needed a change with my hair late last year, and jumped around to various salons looking for the right fit for me. I finally found it with Pam. She is such a professional, and you can tell she takes pride in her knowledge and education. She even texted me before my appointment to get a sense of what I wanted. She spent a significant amount of time mapping out a "plan" for my hair (which was too dark, pulls brassy, and has decided to multiply my grays significantly in the past year of so) instead of telling me that what I wanted couldn't be done. We made quite a change even in the first appointment and I am very happy. I'm excited for my next appointment, instead of nervous like I have been previously.
