STAY AWAY!!!! I have NEVER written a bad review on Yelp but I am making an exception in this case. I ordered a driver a few weeks ago and received an automated email confirming that my order was received, but NOTHING since. I have sent follow up emails with NO response. I have also called several times. Each time I get a recording explaining when the store is open for business but no human being ever answers the phone or returns calls. I paid for the driver with a credit card so now I will have to file a complaint and try to get the charge reversed. Obviously the owner is highly irresponsible and not to be trusted.
3/22/17 UPDATE: I just received an email informing me that my driver was shipped today. I am saddened that I could not get his attention until I posted my experience on Yelp. I do see a pattern, however. Local customers consistently like his work but out of state customers are consistently ignored. I am hopeful that I will like his work too now that he finally shipped my club. My advice to the owner is to treat out of state customers like local customers and build a national following. Out of state customers can refer business too!
