  • Everything went as planned except for when I reported an item missing and small punctures in a leather couch. The moving team kept a quick pace and that was much appreciated. However, be prepared for the runaround in dealing with Andy in regards to reporting any damage. It is not worth my time to elaborate since he was uninterested in looking at the damage to my couch - the excuse was that I needed to report it on the day of the move. However, there will always be an excuse so just know that when going into business with Andy. if nothings gets damaged then the rest of the process is a four star process.
