| - I was very skeptical about trying Sushi Koma! But I was with friends so I gave it a try.
We were there around 12, so the wait was not an issue. The appetizers were amazing (tuna tartar, gyoza- extra crispy, shrimp tempura, edamame and seaweed salad). I was not a fan of the fried oysters, because the breading was too thick. For sushi, we tried yellow tail, uni, white tuna, sweet shrimp, salmon and some rolls. Sushi Koma did not disappoint when it comes to the freshness of their sushi, as well as the proportion of protein to rice. I am not a fan of unagi, but loved how crispy sushi koma's version is.
Staff were attentive, kept up with our orders and did not mind how many splits the check was. I'll be back for more!!
