  • We took an afternoon bus tour of Montreal on Saturday, September 2, 2017. The bus driver was also the tour guide. His name was Frank. He was pleasant BUT his voice was failing. Either he was sick or just inadequate. He often could not complete a sentence without pausing to catch his breath. The Gray Line company should NEVER have allowed Frank to conduct the tour. My wife and I have been on many bus tours in several countries and this was by far the WORST tour we have ever experienced. Wasted our time and our money.
