i do appreciate all the online postings and how they are very "on it" and up to date about whats coming in and out of the store. it creates a marking buzz and thats really exciting. theyve got that aspect of the store down pat. the store experience as well is friendly and the asscoaites seem to really like to help. ive enjoyed going in to shop. my only pet peeve i would say is, they dont do holds which is understandable for a small store and at the end of the day you want product to turn over, first come first serve and not a closet full.of holds you cant count on to be purchased. i understand business so i understand this policy. so as a solution you can purchase the item via their website. now the only thing that bothers me about this store is...if u havent tried the item on and you cant put it on hold and then physically go in, then you are only alotted a store credit if it doesnt work out. generally store credits turn me off from purchasing. i dont like it conceptually even though some retailers do it especially when you havent even tried on the garment. the policy is fine (as in exchange or store credit) but not when you havent tried it and purchased it online. i think that should enable a refund and instore purchases should enable a a store credit or exchange. but whatever thats my two cents. i will continue to shop here but only via instore shopping and enjoy the store in general.
