  • This place is a total joke. I have met 5 year old running lemonade stands with better business integrity. It took 4 attempts at delivery to get it right. I ask for a refund in delivery charges, which merely makes up half my wages for the amount of time I took off work for their errors, and I was offered a mere $75 in store credit. Nice slap in the face for a $5k order. I won't come back to this store. Run, and I mean run like a murderer is chasing you to get away from this ridiculousness. 10-02 Customer care called and have returned 2 calls with two messages requesting call back and nothing. Guess it is time to contact the BBB to see if I can get my delivery fee back. Disgusted you spend so much and get pure disappointment. Will file with BBB by end of the week. 10-03 Called customer care and left a third message. Failure to have a reply by COB on 10-04 will result in formal BBB complaint.
