  • We used to go to this location often to get my dogs groomed however, after my last experience I have never gone there again. I took my small chihuahua in for a grooming session as a walk in to see if there was any time for her. I looked a couple hours ahead online to see if there were appointments and they had 3 openings. When we asked the girl in the front if they could she told me she did not have ANY appointment times open for the next 2 days. She also insisted that they only do dogs with reservations which I know that is not true. I understand that groomers get booked very quickly and the chance of taking in my dog that day was slim but not having any for 2 days after? You're telling me for 2 whole days - 7am to 7pm - there are absolutely no openings AT ALL? Very disappointed.
