  • Disclaimer: have only dealt with the service department here, not sales. I guess I shouldn't be surprised that the prices here at out of control since it is a major dealership and not a local shop. But it's so hard to find a good person who knows Volkswagens, I wish the repairs here were not so astronomical. The staff here totally know what they are doing, extremely experienced with the workings of a VW car and motor... you definitely don't have to worry about them doing a bad job. Just anticipate the big price tag that comes with that. This location could definitely do with a little better customer service. No one who I've talked to has been rude... just not really nice. If I'm going to fork over a month's pay to you, please try to be extra polite and put a smile on your face?
