This review is for my recent cleaning visit. I will review the oral surgeon services next week once I have had my wisdom teeth out. :(
I had the unfortunate need for a deep cleaning since it had been 4 years since my last dental visit. But, honestly, Heidi made the experience so amazing that I would not mind having to go through it all again. I am terrified of the dentist (it's funny, but the worst part for me would have to be the x-rays). The front office staff at Rainsprings always seem to be cheerful and happy to help their patients.
I knew that my cleaning would take a long time, so I came mentally prepared for my 2.5 hour visit. Heidi, my hygienist, was sincerely friendly and made sure that I was comfortable the entire time I was in the chair. I seriously did not feel a thing when she numbed my mouth (except for the laser treatment, but that didn't even hurt that bad). By the end of the cleaning, my teeth felt sparkling clean. Heidi suggested I start using a Sonicare toothbrush. They sell these in the office for $119 with a $10 rebate. I opted to order mine online since I had an Amazon gift card. The toothbrush is definitely great, and I'm hoping it will improve the health of my gums permanently!
I have never felt more comfortable in regards to a dental office. While I know I will still cringe at the thought of going to the dentist, I feel a bit more relaxed knowing that I will receive great care and service from this office!
