  • Had some tree sap on the car. Asked the attendant which wash to get to remove it. He recommended the $20 wash. When I picked up the car, it still had the sap. Mentioned to the attendant there and he mentioned I should have gotten the upgraded wash. Um... I did... He spent the next several minutes putting in some elbow grease and removed most of it. He didn't go above and beyond, just the minimum. I had to keep pointing out more spots to remove (not difficult to see either). In short felt like I paid more for a barely basic wash.
