  • SHOPPERS BEWARE!!! Best Buy recently changed their return policySeptember 1st. If you pay with cash and return something guess what? You have to wait for a check in the mail. Debit card? 3-5 days for them to give it back to you. They will not issue an cash back regardless of payment type or situation. I could understand if it was a check but cash payment and a check in the mail? Are you serious? Best Buy you just lost a customer not only for your new shitty policy but also because of the way it was handled.
