  • Appointments really help keep things on track and the guys seem to know their stuff. I generally get my tires here, but the last experience was subpar. The employees are really nice, but the quality of the work needs to match...every time. I had to ask for valve covers for the new tires while the car was idling by the store's door. When I was washing my car at home, I noticed that the center wheel plaque was mounted lopsided and was loose. And the new tires left the store with a different pressure reading on each. Additionally, they charged for a "tire pressure kit" which was not on the estimate and I had never been charged before. When I told them, they adjusted the price from $14 to $10. So, according to the Yelp star definitions - "Meh. I've experienced better" particularly at this location. Maybe it's time to try a different branch.
