I went back to Firestone yesterday because my tire pressure light came on. When I walked in, they were rather busy and I expected to have to wait a while to have my previously purchased tires looked at. This was not the case and I was told to pull my car around so that the tire pressure could be checked asap. I thanked the mechanic for getting to me so quickly when they were so busy. He explained that "everyone is a customer and needs to be taken care of".
It turned out that the tires were fine, and it was the sensor that needs to be repaired. I was reassured that I could drive on the tires until I could bring the car back to have the sensor replaced, which was a good thing since I was on my way to the movies and didn't want to be late.
I'm glad I bought my tires here and I'm really glad that I am still a priority customer to them when I need to have my tires checked, balanced, rotated, etc. It's the follow through on the initial purchase that really made the difference to me yesterday.
