  • Gary Capper ("CAP") did a great job for me when I was under time pressures to buy a certified used RAV4 after my previous one had been totaled. I dealt with two local dealers - one good, one obnoxious - before making an out-of-state enquiry on-line. CAP responded to the enquiry, and - lucky me - he is probably the best car sales person I've ever dealt with! He's knowledgeable, clearly enjoys his work, gave me good information, choices, a good price without hassle, and a very thorough orientation to the car. AND price and financing terms were better than i'd been quoted locally. The one down side was the last minute presentation of extended warranty information - with no written prices. Probably because price first quoted verbally quickly changed when I delayed. Fortunately, there are 30 days to decide this item.
