I've taken my car here for years and haven't been for a few months so I decided to come back because I'm such a procrastinator and my car needed a wash finally! I almost sways get great service here. So I called the manager and asked him if they cleaned or sprayed under my car since I just got a major oil leak repair and figured maybe they could also clean that. He was honest and said they do but it won't clean the oil off and I have to take it somewhere to really detail it. I appreciated his honesty and then proceeded to tell him that I was gonna come in anyway because my car needed the wash. I asked if there were coupons that I could use and he said yes online there is. When I got there from the ticket person to speaking to the manager or owner they were rude, unhelpful and the manger told me those coupons were for other days and not today. Well he knew I was coming in today so I figured he forgot our conversation and would honor it . I could've went on the other day but didn't even budge on giving me a lil break or honoring the coupon since he knew I was coming in. I didn't have a friendly or good experience today and will NOT bring my car in again. Bad business when you can't inform your customer about the coupons in detail and the service wasn't even worth the full price. Needless to say he just lost a customer and I'm sure w that attitude he will lose more!
