  • First let start with my initial phone call to Carolina Cycles;- when I called them asking them when would be a good time to bring my motorcycle in for a routine service, Dean told me he needed to check up with the technicians as to when they could take me in. Full marks on professionalism here for saving my precious time. Second;- Dean said he would get back to me and called me up twice the same day inspite of me ignoring their calls. Full marks on follow ups. Third;- There was an $8 difference between the estimate given to me and what I had to pay. Full marks for letting me know how much I have pay. Fourth;- My bike is running as good as new. They have definitely got my business!
