  • I called to reserve a car on 5/17/12 and when I showed up on 5/21 to pick up the car they had lost my reservation. They were little help and not really apologetic for their error. Be careful before using this company as if you have something important to do they might not have a vehicle available for you. This office isnt managed well. James M
