  • I must say that the customer service and attention given to me by the Harry Rosen staff has been the absolute best! They really go the extra step to make sure your shopping experience is the best one, I normally find shopping to be a task and a chore, however, at this place it is actually quite pleasant. My personal sales person made me a coffee while I waited as he got some items for me to look at and brought me water as we were walking all over the store. I felt well taken care of and in good hands, plus he talk as if he were a tailor so knowledgeable on fabrics, styles, and of course fashion. I have not enjoyed being in a store as much as this; I have now made this my official clothing store option for formal and semi-casual wear.
