My bike hadn't been ridden in a few years, and spent a winter on the front porch. It was in desperate need of some TLC.
I took it to Cyclepath for a tune up. When I called ahead they told me that they're service department is quite busy and that it may take upto 5 days to get my bike back. He mentioned that they were doing everything they can to get repairs turned over quickly, including bringing in extra staff.
Anyway, I dropped my bike off last Saturday, and I got a call Monday morning letting me know it was (already) ready! Wow! I was impressed.
So I was sort of dreading going to pick it up, because I thought the repairs were going to cost me a fortune... I was counting on at least 2 new tubes, new brake and gear cables, and the charges for the tune up... Nope! They fixed everything and only charged me for the tune up, which was about $70. I think that's quite reasonable to have my bike back in perfect working order, and I didn't even have to get my hands dirty!
Thanks boys!
