  • I had to call the day of delivery twice to see if they could deliver the flowers I ordered, they still weren't delivered by noon. When delivering to a residence, how do they expect someone to be home all day waiting around for flowers? I need a specific time frame!! I'm sure they're great flowers, but they don't have a efficient delivery service. But the owner was very nice and upgraded my flower package and gave me a coupon for next order because of delivery delay. My sister loved the bouquet, they're beautiful. But a reliable delivery service would give them 5 stars!
