  • Ok so I'm torn here. I want to give this place 5 stars for their awesome website that let me find my lost cat on the first day, but I want to give them 0 stars for the absolutely horrible front desk staff. These people couldn't care less that we, or anyone else there, were waiting patiently to retrieve a loved pet. Emotional pet owners aside, this front desk staff was not even remotely trying to do their job. Who calls someone to their desk, waits for them to get there, and then just gets up without a word and disappears for 10 minutes??
