If anyone has questions about Sandra's professionalism, just see the response she wrote to my review and also her response to Beware Groupon clients. Everyone who runs a business knows that customers should always be treated with dignity and respect. But she says I should be ashamed of myself. Wow!! She says her Groupons are for new clients only! She lied. See her response to client Lori C. She tells her to check out her Groupon for a cut/color. Yet, I am the one who lies??? I have never seen a business respond to a negative review in such an obnoxious, condescending manner. This woman needs some serious training on how to run a successful business. I am so thankful she won't be getting my business anymore and I will tell others to stay away. There are many other hair stylists and nail technicians out there who treat their clients well and will learn from a bad review instead of attacking the person. Great way to build a client base!!
