| - Second visit, different department, worse review. I stopped in to obtain some travel services..... another Member benefit. Upon arrival the woman agent at the travel desk said...
(bad associate) "ahem.. can I help you?!?" (as she stretched her head in an uninviting and awkward pose).
(me) yes, are you open. (In response to her awkward pose).
(bad associate) uh... ah... no, we are not.. (with rude attitude)
(me) oh, the door was open, how was I to know? (it was a few minutes past 6pm, I did not know their hours of operation)
as I turned to walked out I said "how rude... this is my second visit here, once with bad service from the Auto department, now with bad service from the Travel department".
(store manager) "oh, let me lock the door so nobody else makes the mistake" (as he pulls the door closed and in a very animated way locks the door).
This place is in need of serious training on how to treat clients/Members.
I stopped on the way driving out and asked the familiar kind service man I spoke with on my first visit asking who the boss was, told him my story briefly, he apologized and informed me that the man who locked me out on my way out was indeed the Manager. Poor choice, not very effective Manager.
(frankly the "service man" should be the Manager, he was kind each visit and appeared to be a key employee). The current person who is managing is in need of serious re-training/demotion.
All I wanted was travel info. a Membership benefit... I've been a Member since 1974.
