  • I made an appointment 3 weeks ahead of time for hair color and cut. When I came into the salon I was welcomed by Charles at the front desk where he offered me a drink, and told me that my hair dresser will be with me shortly. I had Michelle. She is amazing! I told her I wanted ombrè but to make them look very natural so she suggested sombrè. Then I was contemplating on cutting my hair or not and she said she'll do a long layer trim and see if I wanted to go shorter from there. I give Michelle and other hair dressers so much respect in dealing with long haired guests like me because it could get challenging. It took a while to put color and foil in my hair, and to wash my hair. However, Michelle was focused, smiley, and she always checked up on me to let me know that she could get drinks/ pick up food next door for me if I got hungry. After my hair wash it took a very long time for her to brush out my tangled hair, and I give her so many props for this because she was very consistent and determined to ensure EVERY SINGLE strand was not tangled. She explained to me that the owner, Todd taught her and her employee's to always perfect a client's hair. It reassured me that she wasn't going to do a half-assed job, everything was down to the T. I could tell she put time into my hair because when she was washing out my hair after removing the foils, she kept on re-washing it, which didn't leave my hair in a stiff-like texture, LOVE! And when she finished at 7pm (their closing time) she still asked if I wanted my hair curled and did so instead of rushing me out. Overall, it took about 6 1/2 hours to do my hair. It was a long process but it's because it was done the most best and right way possible. My service cost $365. Due to the fact that my hair is long and the quality of the service they provide, it's very pricey. Michelle gave me hair tips to maintain my color and told me to come back again if I needed any other service done to fix up my hair. She gave me what I wanted, I am definitely coming back here, and I recommend this place to anyone who wants to have their hair done perfectly!
