  • Dr. Curtis Poindexter is a fraud! He works for Workman's Comp and doesn't care about his patient. I cannot discuss my diagnosis because I am in litigation. But I can say that I've never heard of a Dr. saying, "Just keep taking pain pills and learn to live with the pain." My pain pills are highly addictive, (Norco). He did not want to try any methods to relieve my pain, steroid shots were recommended by another Dr. He said " Some patient's it works for 1 month, some 6 months, and some 1 yr." I've been out of work for 4 months and have been doing physical therapy. I am STILL in horrible pain! I feel after this amount of time that I am a perfect candidate for the shots. BUT...the shots are expensive and Poindexter works for Workman's Comp. I would love to see the bonus's he receives from Workman's Comp! I also think he is very unprofessional. I had a scheduled appt. arrived 30 min early to fill out paperwork and STILL had to wait 2 hrs. to see him. The front desk apologized and said that he had arrived late for work. I wouldn't take my dog to see him!
