  • Amazing! My air-conditioning unit was making a funny sound, I was really nervous the entire thing was going. I called Mike at 2:30, he paged Taylor the technician, Taylor came, fixed it, and left by 3:30! It was a simple part replacement, no one tried to sell me anything I didn't need, and Taylor explained what he was doing and why. He was fast, and efficient and courteous.
