They are terrible. All they care about is botox treatments. Pity the poor patient with a skin rash. I was referred to them by my family doctor for a skin rash on my left butt. The first person I saw was a Practitioner (sic). She prescribed an ointment to try. I tried it and it did not work, so she gave me another prescription. At this point, I said "you going to keep replacing parts till it works?" She got mad and said I would have to see another doctor. The new one prescibed another ointment. It not only did not cure the rash, but gave me a staph infection. After spending $200.00 on co-payments, they told me to leave because I was getting mad at them. I left there $200.00 poorer and still had the rash along with a staph infection. Like I said, they may be great with botox treatments, but not a simple skin rash.
I had been using an ointment on my butt to alieve pain in my left hip and leg. It was Voltaren (sic). They stopped making it and I had to switch to another ointment. The rash went away. A few months later, I used the Voltaren again (My wife had some) and the rash came back. They never asked me if I was putting anything on my butt. They assumed something else was causing the rash. I fault them for not asking me if I was putting anything on my butt. They did not recognize a reaction to another ointment. Then they said the staph infection was not their fault. I would give them minus stars if I could. As it is, I have to give them one.
