| - The sales people in this store must think they are millionaires. They are SO arrogant, and if you say that you might want to look at additional items, they huff and puff, show their anger and storm into another room. And they will talk down to you if you ask about pricing, shipping or warranty-- as if you should not be in their store. What gives with that? These are furniture sales clerks for god's sake. It is clear they are on commission, and at the first hint that you may not buy something, they will storm off to find their next victim, acting very frustrated and mad that you did not buy anything. They are less than helpful, hover around you and push you to buy something. I am guessing that Restoration Hardware recruits their sales people from used car lots around the Valley. Will never set foot in this store again, I do not need the arrogance and rude behavior. I can get that when I stroll around in New York city. (BTW sales woman, your shoe had a hole on the side of it, maybe you shouldn't be acting so uppity)
