  • Flying TSA preflight was told to me to be a good thing. It is, however when they let a heard of Armenian people in front it becomes chaos. The language barrier was tough enough for the poor lady and their documents where scattered. To add the were trying to bull rush the ticket check line. Needless to say this took forever to get through. It is fairly upsetting that I was in a clear line and was set back ten minutes from this heard. Also terminal 2 is need of renovation badly its walls look beat as well as the carpet. I have been upgraded to first class but that's united airlines plus.
