  • Uses scare and intimidation tactics to sell high end products. Charges $89 to show up and then says the service fee doesn't get applied to cost if you don't make an immediate decision. Said we needed a new boiler at a cost of $5-10k. Then presented 2 options of $12 & $18k. After agreeing to the $12k and saying that's the total cost, Steve added another $2k for another required part. When I questioned him about this extra $2k he started totally BSing me. When we decided to get other estimates, he became very vocal and threatening. I seriously thought I was going to have to have him physically removed.
