Not a "real" Japanese ramen, but pan-Asian, and it does a pretty good job. Big portions. They need to refine their various ramen broth options. I had ordered "Shio", which is usually a light colored broth flavored with salt or "shio"(Japanese for salt). The broth of the ramen I got was dark colored as a "Shoyu" (soy sauce) broth would be. It seemed like they used their basic "Shoyu" broth, and added salt to it - which made it very, very salty :-(
Sad to say, but that ain't authentic shio ramen broth...
But the chasiu, roast pork, tasted like it should be. Wished that the bean sprouts and spinach were blanched as they are in Japanese ramen. Having uncooked bean sprouts thrown in makes it a little too crunchy for my taste. The noodles were cooked well.
Definitely give it a try!
