  • My Left Foot Children's Therapy was recommended to me by my pediatrician to address my child's speech needs. We reached out to them when she was two years old and she just turned three. We were now contacted by them to schedule an appointment for my child. I asked why there was a year delay, and they said that there was a failure in their system and the information was now retrieved. A year later?!?!? Believe me, I did not let my child's speech needs go ignored. I followed-up several times when I did not hear anything, but was told that they were booked and I will be contacted when they had openings. Apparently, that is a year later.
