  • I have had a great experience so far working with this shop. I am admittedly not a "pro" level cyclist, but just a hobbyist looking for a quality bike shop. Rusty has been exemplary in customer service and knowledge about the products in his shop. They have good group rides for all skill levels, and are pretty well stocked on parts. They have a generous rewards program and a really good service program. Al and Brian in the service department have both taken the time to explain mechanical basics to me during a repair and recommend tools to help me do it myself the next time if I choose. Quality shop, quality sales and service backed by parts and return policies of a big box shop. This is not a mom and pop shop, and I am not sure why some reviewers on here have rated this store so low. I could not have asked for a better customer experience, and will continue to patron this shop.
