Yelp took my last review down. So I will keep this short and to the point. Despite the rudeness of the staff members, all four members of staff on that Friday evening. The experience was not impressive. Customer service is important in the service industry. I hope escape games can learn from this. Customer experience matters, its not about taking our money and giving us a bad experience within reason. I hope this review stays up and gives a more balanced reflection of this venue. However, to make it more favourable for escape games, and not to step on their toes, maybe it was an off night.
