  • This place is absolutely horrid. 1. There has been a water leak for 6 months flooding the entire property 2. My car was hit and run by my neighbor and the apartment complex does NOTHING about people's cars getting vandalized or hit on their property-(sorry call your insurance) they have absolutely no sympathy for anything we deal with here. 3. All women at the front desks are naive and generic. They will lie to your face so that they can close early and avoid dealing with your problems. If anything happens to you, they don't care they are there to take your rent check and that's it. They even make you wait to turn in your check so that they can finish trying to reel in newcomers. Excuse me help the people that already live here first. 4. Maintenance leaves your apartment a filthy mess if they come do work. I had a bad shower value that caused them to cut through the wall and repAir it. They left drywall throughout my entire apartment and everywhere on the floor and used my rags to attempt to wipe up the dry wall. Who uses the renters towels for their mess?????!!! Unprofessional and unacceptable. I reached out to management and they said sorry. Didn't have anyone some clean their mess and finish their job. 5. Anytime you deal with the office they are not on your side. It's always your fault because they don't wanna be accountable for anything. I feel bad for them because they probably aren't going anywhere in life because of how they treat their own renters. If they went the extra step to improve this community it would better themselves. 6. The property is gross gross gross. People lets their dogs poop everywhere and don't clean it up. Trash everywhere. 7. The laundry facility is always a disaster. I don't even want to step foot in there. 8. My boyfriends car was vandalized when he spent the night here one time. Hasn't left his car here since. 9. I get no hot water when I want it because all units in 1 building run off same hot water heAter and everyone packs 6 people into their apartments which I'm not sure how they get away with. 10. Maintenance will talk your ear off if you're home while they do your work order instead of getting to work and leaving after. I don't care to hear about someone's life story- just do the work and get the hell out of my house. Be ready to put up with a lot of unnecessary bull crap if you move here. Don't bother if you have a nice car because nobody in this complex is good people. Everyone is lying sacks of s*** because they're all broke And don't wanna own up to their mistakes.
