  • Really dirty. I wanted- no NEEDED, veggie pho but they didn't have any which turned out to be a blessing in disguise because I really believe I may not have survived this dining experience. They literally keep their bean sprouts in a box on the floor. Crusty countertop, layers of fingerprints on the glass... just a neglected feeling and an accident waiting to happen. I would think the mall would regulate where the health department has failed. I got a salad next door at the smoothie /build a salad place and it didn't make me sick so that's a positive. I hope these guys make some much needed improvements because good pho at the mall would be epic.
