  • I went there for severe sickness a few months ago. I was so frustrated with all the symptoms I was having and scheduled an appointment for a immunologist many weeks ahead. They screwed up my appt. And booked me with an allergist instead. I was really frustrated and couldn't believe I spent 45 minutes filling out their huge packet with a very long time wait to get in, only for them to tell me they messed up and scheduled me with wrong person. I was angry and let them know it. They wouldn't let me reschedule saying I was the one that was rude. Wow, worst customer service and patient treatment I have ever experienced in my life. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
