Wow, I don't know where to start. I pulled up and requested a VIP car wash and was asked if I wanted my car detailed. I informed him it was just done and that I am good. He asked if I had any plans this weekend and I replied no, nothing special. He wanted me to buy 3 car washed for the price of 2. I replied no thanks I just want a VIP car wash with new car smell. The attendant looked at me and ripped off my receipt and walked away.
I proceeded inside to the register and had to wait until the server was done texting on her phone to pay. She realized I was standing there and walked over to me and did not say a word. I handed her the receipt and she replied $23.99. I submitted my debit card for payment and without looking at me slid 3 receipts over to me. I sighted one and walked away I thought I would get at least a thank you.
As I waited for my car I decided to get a soda from the cooler and was treated the same way the cashier was on her phone at the end of the counter and was not happy that I disturbed her.
When I returned to my car the drivers side seat was as far back as it can go and tilted back as well and the passenger seat was set so far up against the dash it was impossible for someone to get in the seat. The outside mirrors were pushed in no way to use. I had to stop and exit the car so that the window did not streak.
The worst customer service I have experienced throughout the facility tells me that management is lacking.
I returned for a complimentary wash that the owner Bo offered me do to the poor service. The service was much better Ozwaldo supervised the wash and my car looks fantastic. I was also pleased with the girl at the front counter who was much more pleasant than my last visit. Over all the service was excellent and my care looks fantastic.
