  • My AC thermostat would lose power intermittently. Robert was great. Pleasant and knowledgeable. The geniuses at NVEnergy who installed the thermostat 2 weeks before didn't do it correctly. Left wire-nuts off and loosely connected. He diagnosed the problem quickly ran some new wires and fixed it. Ah cool air again. The price (to me anyway) was a little high but fair (but it was less than I was expecting, so I'm happy. With service call came to $129. Now I have to fight with NVEnergy to try and get reimbursed. Wish me luck but Black Mountain and Robert saved my day. Thanks!
