Don't expect any help after you get your delivery. When mine was delivered they didn't tell me that I could have the bed raised by adjusting the legs. My research tells me this, plus they didn't bother to let me know which one of the usb ports is for an iphone...still can't use that feature. I called the company and they could careless. Told me to call Amazon for help handyman service. Once they get their money you are nothing to them...oh and the frame warranty only applies to the metal part, not the motor that moves the bed or anything else. Really...
Good luck if after your 100 days you want to return it...don't believe their reviews on their site either.
