So I was trying to sell my 2005 dodge neon because it has transmission problems that my husband and I can't afford to fix anymore. We had to tow the car down there (which the first tow with my roadside assistance program is free). We got there and they basically told us that we couldn't get more than $200 from them because they had to outsource to the dealer.... the car still runs and has minor issues, it's definitely worth more than that! So to have it towed back to our house would've been $79 so I precariously drove it back home, luckily with no problems, but if they couldn't give me a good price then why waste my time. The lady didn't even inspect the car. Make sure they give you a baseline quote over the phone.
The woman I spoke on the phone with was Kimberly and the woman who helped us in the store Celia.
