  • I've been living at Alterra for over a year, I hate moving so I renewed my lease for 10 months. I thought I was going to get a lower monthly payment and instead it was like 40 dlls more plus water, sewer, and trash. I hate how there is no u-turn turn on the main streets instead I have to go around. There's always dog poop every where. No security what so ever. I can hear how fast cars drive on the main streets. Office is closed on Sundays and so is the pool. They keep certain areas clean but my side is discusting. Don't even go near the trash area its so disgusting.
