They tried to be good, but they just couldn't do it.
What I liked: the service was professional. The guy dressed well, and found a way to save us a couple dollars by making our box smaller.
What I didn't like:
- They wouldn't let me ship my books in my well-taped shoe box. I get that it's a company policy and all that, but for a couple text books, I really didn't see the harm in shipping them in a package that was completely sealed. It seemed more like a money-grab than anything.
- Slow. Slow. Slow. Oh man. All we wanted to do was ship two parcels, one of which had a pre-shipping label on. But we stood there for probably 35 minutes waiting for the single employee to finish our order. I get that they were short-staffed, but it's the holiday rush.
NOTICE TO MANAGEMENT: Fix this or you'll lose customers.
