  • Run as fast as you can! I would have given it a zero if I could. Each month someone was moving out and I don't blame them. Here's our ongoing list of problems...ants crawling in the second floor balcony door from under the carpet (and were very clean people), leaking roof, leaking air conditioning, broken washer, broken garage door, cabinets not finished underneath in the kitchen (so if you've got a pet beware they can get behind your cabinets), broken shades when moving in. Floors in the town house are uneven & got worse while we lived there. Large dips in the floor with carpet over them. I felt like I was going to fall through & I'm a small person. While there neighbors had loud dogs at night, pool was not working for a while. Looks good from the outside but bad on the inside. And the gaits, well they are not always locked so if your looking for security don't count on it. They show you a nice model of course...then rent you a different place. Raise the rent after your lease is up for no reason....poor customer service too....
