  • I LOVE MICHELLE!!! I've followed her for what feels like a decade now. She left her former salon and sent me a postcard informing me that she'd be at JC Penney's. Thank God! She does the BEST LAYERS in my long hair. She's gifted at color, too. I've never had a perm or blowout so I can't review on that. She's sweet, funny, personable, and listens to what you want. But most of all she's GREAT AT WHAT SHE DOES and doesn't charge an astronomical fee. Sure it's inside a Penney's and in my (snobby) opinion is in desperate need of a facelift, but overall they have a decent supply of comparably priced haircare products, nail polish (high end and lower), etc. The receptionists are always friendly. ASK FOR MICHELLE!!!
