  • Dr. Chopra is a great doctor, but his front office staff are very rude. Dr. Chopra asked the front desk to get the results from the hospital immediately and the staff waited a week after the visit to request information the reason being is because they have a lot of patients they deal with "which I was told over the phone". The staff had an attitude because I was concerned and wanted to know why it took so long for my wife request to be sent off. When this is a urgent matter for her head I'm in disbelief that a great doctor like hisself would have a front office staff such as.
