Called at 11 pm for their "24 hour hour service" when our A/C went out. We were told they would call back within an hour. At this point it was 81 degrees. It's 1:00am and call again - oh there was a shift -change. Well guess no one felt like we were important enough to stay on or come to our house or even call back. We call back again and hear "this never happens" - 10 degrees and another hour later. Ok yeah I'm sure. Well I can say this - we won't be using them even if they do call back now (almost 3am). I don't trust them and we will take away our and our father's maintenance/routine check up services from them so that they can LOSE business. Oh and we were just serviced by them and told everything was "ok." Yeah, I'll be getting that money refunded too.
Updated review: received call from manager and a technician arrived at our house early the next day. He was very nice and fixed our compressor. They also offered a plan to satisfy/make up for the inconvenience we experienced as stated in my earlier review. As we continue to have our A/C unit serviced by them I will review again and hopefully feel confident in giving more stars. I can't compare prices as we were not quoted by any other companies. That being said, I did feel the technician was honest and apologetic about the experience we had during the night. I also felt the manager was sincere in his apology for the inconvenience.
