  • Shatara was amazing, and she deserves all 5 stars! It is because of her that I give any stars at all. The promotion on the website says gets 50% of your first visit, when I called to book the appointment I asked again and they confirmed. I got a full face wax, which is $41 (unless prices are posted with discounts) I did not receive the first time client promotion.the place is nice and relaxing. I liked Shatara's friendliness, she did a great job, and most importantly she continuously made sure I was comfortable. It is disappointing to go into a place to try it out, due to a promotion they're advertising but then it isn't honored. When I asked the cashier person, she brushed me off by saying the discount was already implemented... really cause all the sites I pull up it says the full face wax is $41 and if that's what I paid that means there was not promotion tagged to it. Now if I misunderstood the 50% off please take a minute and explain it to me don't just brush it off. I'm in between because Shatara did such a great job, it makes me want to come back to this place,BUT the False Advertising is a huge turn off. My suggestion if you see the promotion ask prior to getting the service to ensure you get it. Disappointing!
