  • What a joke! Complete waste of time. Don't deal with these fools. I had the same issue with this company as the other 2 "unrecommended reviews" that are hidden - (you should read them). We called and spoke to AL at approximately 8:30am, asked him to come to the house to take a look at the siding on the deck because it isn't installed properly and the deck is leaking. He said he would come over. At 10:15am AL called, said he had come to the house, looked at the deck. Well - he DIDNT come to the house at all. We were at home and we have 2 dogs - if he had come to the house and walked around, we would have seen him, heard him and the dogs would have barked. If he was at the house why not ring the bell and talk to us? Because he wasn't here at all! This lazy fool just used Google Earth to look at our house - the same tool roofers use to get measurements for new roofing projects - and decided he didn't want to come out. I guess he saw that the house and siding is 30 years old and decided we need new siding all over the entire house instead of a repair to fix a leak. Unethical. Complete waste of time. I wouldn't recommend these guys ever. I would give ZERO stars if that was an option.
